Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) is the state certified local health department of more than 2.1 million people residing in the 129 municipalities and unincorporated areas in suburban Cook County. Agency operations are executed through CCDPH's Central Office in Oak Park and four District offices located in the suburbs of Rolling Meadows, Maywood, Bridgeview and Markham. In addition to managing its corporate budget of $14 million yearly, CCDPH has extensive experience with grant oversight, currently maintaining over 40 grants in excess of $14 million. CCDPH administers clinical services throughout the region, providing prenatal care, family planning, primary care, sexually transmitted disease treatment, immunizations and preventive screening totaling more than 180,000 visits annually. The agency also provides medical case management to more than 10,000 women and children monthly.
