ACRONYMIC GUIDE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

Federal agency shorthand can make negotiating the governmental labyrinth exasperating. And as if that weren't enough, similarities in the names of agencies that are only distantly related can make finding the right office a high adventure. To decipher this "alphabet soup" -- and to locate each office where it belongs -- use the following acronymic organizational chart.
