| Biosketch: |
George Markovski is a native of Macedonia who speaks several languages. Previously, he had been involved in design and development of dynamic E-commerce database driven Web sites, back-end reports, search engine optimization, Web brand marketing, affiliate and Web based programs at Web1 Digital Interface. At Abbott he had been working on data analysis and in building and maintaining the Abbott Pharmaceutical Product Division Customer Database by using a variety of software applications, and IMS and MedPro as a third party data services.
He currently is responsible for ongoing management of Web and security activities in support of the department's strategic initiatives and all aspects of Web development and implementation among its several divisions, with specific attention aimed at content strategy, Web site development, information architecture, confidential data security, and efficient utilization of Web technologies and groupware to streamline Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) and Departmental business processes.
