Michael Reese Health Trust, Community Trust and the Aids Foundation of Chicago 2003-2008
Randomized controlled effectiveness trial of the “Housing-First + Health-System Integrated Case Management” for the Homeless with Chronic Medical Illnesses. Role: Designed and implement a two-arm randomized controlled trial, designed and implemented recruitment and retention strategy for the 440 homeless adult subjects with chronic medical illness who were followed for 18 months, assessing their health service use, health outcomes and housing stability.

Asthma Disparities Grant – “Chicago Initiative to Raise Asthma Equity – (CHIRAH)”
Role: Institutional Research Leader for two of the four research aims: 1) Design and implementation of School based screening of 28,000 children, and interview and clinical assessments of >800 adults and children with asthma; and 2) interviews of the 800 adult and children (+Caregivers) for 2 years. Co-investigator.

HIV/AIDS Treatment Adherence, Health Outcomes and Cost Study.
Role: Design of prospective cohort to assess effectiveness of integrating Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Primary Care Health Services Among HIV + patients; responsible for physical health outcomes measurement and analysis.
